The HDP-400 Power Crimp Tool is a precision, pneumatic, full cycling tool that produces a four point indent crimp on Deutsch solid style pins and sockets in the complete range of sizes from 4 to 20. The HDP-400 is a production grade tool, engineered to provide years of trouble free service in high volume harness assembly environments.

  • System Requirements: Air: 90-120 PSI clean, dry air; Electricity: 120V., 8W
  • The HDP-400 will crimp all sizes of Deutsch solid contacts with the properly sized locator and die sets
  • The standard die and locator assemblies are easily interchangeable with no special tools required
  • Foot switch actuation allows users to use both hands to set up and control crimping for speed and repeat-ability
